Top Row is the wedding cake I did in Le Cordon Bleu. Each pieces of flowers were hand made from gumpaste and cake cover with royal icing design. Last picture on top row is French traditional wedding cake
The first picture is my chocolate showpiece, all made from chocolate except the brittle nut candies. Second picture is children theme cake. Inside is Devil Food cake with chocolate ganache and Disney characters are molded using model chocolate. The last picture is suagar showpiece.
